Changing contact details (email or billing address for example)
Actions to be carried out
Log in to your administration panel
Go to Administration -> Contact details
Edit the necessary information
Click on any OK button
If you do not get the green confirmation message, correct the red indicator
Changing email address, postal address, contact language, etc., for the hosting's owner, technical and billing contacts.
If you can't see the ADMINISTRATION menu, it's because you aren't connected with a username that possesses the necessary rights in the administration panel. You need to log in with the "webmaster@" username, which usually possesses all permissions.

If you are a partner, you can change some of the information from your partner console. Other information, such as the postal address, requires you to call us.
