WorkSpace: inviting a user to create an account

This guide explains how to create an email address and have it managed by another person that you will invite to the WorkSpace.

Creating the email address and inviting a user
- Open the Manager ( manager.infomaniak.com)
- Go to Email Service
- Click on the hosting/domain name concerned
- Under Email addresses, click Create
- Enter the following information
- the email address of your choice (email@your-domain.com)
- the password of your choice
- Click Confirm
- Click Invite a user
- Set the rights the user will have in their WorkSpace (permission to manage the signature, aliases, auto-reply, etc.)
- Enter the email address of the user who will receive the invitation
- At the end of the process, an email is sent on your behalf with a link to confirm the invitation

Inviting a user to use a previously created email address
- Open the Manager (manager.infomaniak.com)
- Go to Email Service
- Click the hosting/domain name concerned
- Under Email addresses, click the address concerned
- Click the WorkSpace tab
- Enter the password, if necessary
- Set the rights they will have in their WorkSpace (permission to manage the signature, aliases, auto-reply, etc.)
- Enter the email of the user who will receive the invitation or carefully note the short URL proposed
- At the end of the process, an email is sent on your behalf with a link to confirm the invitation
