Log into phpMyAdmin
Execute the following query (Fig. 1) after making a backup of the database:
Note: the wp prefix may vary depending on what you specified at the time of installation
DELETE FROM wp_options WHERE option_name LIKE '_transient_%'
If problems occur, automatic backups are available
