kSuite users

There are 3 kSuite offers and each includes 1 first user proposed during subscription.

You can include up to 300 users per kSuite.

Each user is entitled to his email address on the domain name around which your kSuite revolves (domain name chosen when subscribing to kSuite) with no limit on the volume of email storage.

Some kSuite offers include additional email addresses ("shared email addresses") for generic purposes.

How many users will you need?

• The Standard offer is presented with 1 free user for life and additional paying users and reduced management; the storage space (excluding email volume since it is unlimited) is 15 GB per user.

• The Pro offer is presented with 1 paying user, with a storage space of 3 TB (3000 GB; excluding email volume since unlimited) per user. You will also have 5 shared email addresses available (additional lots by 5 can be ordered).

• The Enterprise offer is presented with 1 paying user, with a storage space of 6 TB (6000 GB; excluding email volume since unlimited) per user. You will also have 10 shared email addresses available (additional lots by 5 can be ordered).

Can an existing user join kSuite?

Yes, an existing Infomaniak user can be invited to join your kSuite.

A user who would only like to join kDrive or kChat within your kSuite will not be able to do so. In this case, you will have to use the sharing functions so that external users can join you temporarily.
