Renaming a Web Hosting
This guide explains how to give another name to a Web Hosting present on the Infomaniak Manager within your organization.
Renaming for what purpose?
A web hosting is schematically the storage space reserved for you to host one or more of your websites.
By default, your Infomaniak hosting takes the name of the first site you add to this hosting.
For example: you own the domain name "domain.xyz" and want a website with this domain name, so you purchase a web hosting that will be automatically named "domain.xyz" even if later you add a second site "toto.com".
The hosting can be renamed to a more generic name like "My Websites" to more accurately reflect its actual content.
