Scan tickets using Pro scanners
This guide explains how to use the scanners to control tickets for your event on the Infomaniak ticketing service.
Requirements
- Connect the base power supply and charge the scanners
- Check the connection to the WiFi
If no connection is detected, check the connection in the Settings menu of the device.
Scan the tickets
- Log in to the app using one of the following methods:
- With the email address and password of the Infomaniak account with access to the ticketing service
- With the organiser’s code available in the Ticket control / Control tools menu
- With a code generated in the Settings and Manage profiles menu
- If necessary, select the dates at the top to display the correct events
- Select one or more events to scan (long press on each one for multi-selection)
- The different scanner options can be found in the menu at the top left
