Health pass notification
This guide explains how to activate a notification for your events created using the Infomaniak ticket office that the event will require mandatory presentation of a health pass.
Activate the notification when creating the event
- Log in to your Infomaniak space (manager.infomaniak.com)
- Access the Ticket office
- Under Programming in the left-hand menu, click on Events
- Click on Add event
- Enter the information concerning the name, type, place and date of the event
- During step 4: Prices, click on the icon The health pass is mandatory for this event to activate the notification option in your ticket office shop
- Finalise the event creation procedure and click on End
Activate the notification when an event is changed (single date)
- Log in to your Infomaniak space (manager.infomaniak.com)
- Access the Ticket Office
- Under Programming in the left-hand menu, click on Events
- Select the event to change in the Prices menu, click on the icon The health pass is mandatory for this event to activate the notification option in your ticket office shop
Activate the notification when an event is changed (multiple dates)
- Log in to your Infomaniak space (manager.infomaniak.com)
- Access the Ticket office
- Under Programming in the left-hand menu, click on Events
- Select the multi-date event to change, click on the Manage button, then select Change
- Click on the icon The health pass is mandatory for this event to activate the notification option in your ticket office shop
Notification in the shop
When one of your customers validates a basket containing an event for which the health pass is required, a pop-up window will appear to inform them that the health pass will be checked upon admission to the event.
The customer can then accept, and pay for the order, or cancel and remove the event(s) concerned by this restriction.
