Error: "Spam Message Rejected" or "5.7.0 AV: Message is rejected by headers rule filter.. 554 Please check the message and try again"
If you receive a message with the error message "Spam Message Rejected" after sending an email, check that your email does not contain an attachment with one of the following prohibited extensions:
.exe, .com, .cmd, .cpl, .hta, .scf, .sct, .lnk, .bat, .js, .jse, .wsh, .ws, .wsf, .wsc, .vbe, .vb, .vbs, .shs, .pif, .scr, etc.,
including extensions inside compressed folders (e.g., .zip).
If you need to send a file (e.g. js or exe) and the absence of viruses has been confirmed, store it in your hosting space and create a link towards it (if it is heavy file and you send it from your WorkSpace, it will be placed on a temporary server enabling it to be sent to your correspondent, who will in this case receive a download link).
