Presentation of the "Work Teams" in the Infomaniak Manager
This guide presents Work Teams , the user management system available from your Infomaniak Manager area .
One system to manage them all!
In order to facilitate access and the addition of a collaborator within the Infomaniak product ecosystem, we have developed the new Work teams feature . This allows you to create groups of users and give them access in a few clicks to all the Infomaniak products and services they will need on a daily basis.
Some examples ?
- You are a web agency and you want to give your webmaster teams access to all of your web hosting? With the Workteams feature , all you have to do is create a new group, choose the set of accommodations they will need access to, and invite them to the workgroup.
- You have a kDrive : from kDrive authorize access to a folder to a Work Team and change the access according to the users added or removed from the team over time.
- Do you use our streaming or ticketing services and want to give your teams access to these services? Create a new team that will have access to these two products or two separate teams that will have access to both products completely independently.
A feature full of flexibility
It is quite possible to add the same user to several work teams.
It is quite possible to invite users from outside your organization to one of your work teams.
