Managing subscribers whose email addresses are no longer valid
The Mailing List tool manages the errors that occurred during and after sending your mailing. In the list of members it displays the number of errors that occurred in relation to the email addresses given.
The mailing is no longer sent to addresses with a number of errors greater than 10. The errors could have been caused by an unknown address of the addressee, a delayed message, a responder, blacklisted servers, etc. The system processes this automatically, we have no way of knowing what generated the error, only that there was one.
You will receive an email with "WARNING: bounce rate too high in list" "You should delete bouncing subscribers" when the bounce rate (rate of return errors after a mailing) is too high.
