Emails in recipient's Spam folder
This guide concerns you if you send an email from Infomaniak and it arrives in your recipient's junk mail (Spam folder).
Is my correspondent hosted by Infomaniak?
- If they are correspondents who have their email address at Gmail, Yahoo or any provider that is not Infomaniak, we cannot intervene on the fact that your message is considered spam at the other end. We must therefore look for a solution with the administrators of the receiving server. If a solution existed, spammers would immediately take it and send spam...
- If your recipient is hosted by Infomaniak, you must ask them to add you to their whitelist (whitelist) in the options of its Spam filter to allow your emails to reach its normal inbox
