Data protection in Switzerland and the EU
Infomaniak complies with the GDPR and the FADP in order to guarantee the protection of your personal data. As the data controller, we provide a processing agreement that complies with European regulations. This document formalises our commitments in terms of data security, confidentiality and sovereignty within a transparent and controlled Swiss framework.
Security culture and vulnerability management
ISO 27001 certification attests to our information security management system (ISMS). It guarantees that we assess and address every risk, apply rigorous security controls and continuously improve our internal processes to maintain the highest standards.
FINMA compliance
Infomaniak provides detailed mapping in accordance with FINMA Circular 2018/3 to help banks, insurers and traders meet their outsourcing obligations. This document specifies our commitments in terms of control, auditing, data sovereignty and operational security, facilitating compliance.
