You do not need to own a domain name with Infomaniak to use our newsletter service. You can use a mailing address associated with a domain managed by another provider. In this case, you’ll simply need to configure certain DNS records (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) with your current hosting provider to validate the delivery and ensure the security of your messages.

However, using a domain registered with Infomaniak greatly simplifies the installation process. The technical configuration is then automated, which immediately optimises the deliverability of your messages and reduces the risk of your emails being marked as spam.

You can import an unlimited number of subscribers into your management interface. Unlike many platforms, Infomaniak does not charge for storing your subscribers or for the size of your database. You are free to segment your lists and grow your audience without any price increase based on the volume of subscribers stored.

Billing is based exclusively on the number of emails actually sent: each newsletter sent to a contact counts as one email (1 email = 1 contact). For example, a campaign sent to 500 subscribers results in 500 emails being deducted from your balance.

Once the campaign is scheduled, our servers take over automatically. You don't need to stay logged in to your interface: the newsletter will be sent out automatically at the scheduled time, ensuring perfect timing for your events or promotions.

After each campaign, you have access to a comprehensive and detailed statistics dashboard. You can track in real time the open rate, the click-through rate on your links, the number of unsubscribes and delivery errors (bounces). These metrics are crucial for analysing your audience’s engagement and the effectiveness of your content.

Volume limits may apply to your account: if you reach them, the Manager will prompt you to contact our support team, who can increase or deactivate them free of charge. Please note that if you have both purchased and free email sends, your free sends are used first. Your paid sends are only deducted once you no longer have a sufficient balance of free sends.
