This guide covers the statistics of Streaming Radio which, among other things, allow you to check for any interruptions in the stream. 

Analyze recent statistics

To access this information:

1. Click here to access the management of your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click directly on the name assigned to the product in question.
3. Click on Statistics in the left sidebar:
   
4. Click on Real-time audience in the left sidebar.
5. Select a date to load the corresponding chart.
6. Hover over any potential outages highlighted in color to get information:
   
7. Zoom in on the graph using the mouse wheel or by framing the period (here is another error, related to the encoder):
