Embedding a Newsletter Subscription Form
This guide is about managing the forms that allow registration to the Newsletter you manage on Infomaniak.
Prerequisites
- Access to the Newsletter product.
- Having created at least one registration form.
Copy the code necessary for integrating the form
To access your Newsletter forms and get the integration code:
- Click here to access the management of your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
- Click directly on the domain name assigned to the relevant product.
- Click on Forms in the left sidebar menu.
- Click on the action menu â‹® to the right of the relevant item in the displayed table.
- Click on Integration code:
- Choose between the JAVASCRIPT and HTML tabs to get one of the two types of codes useful for inserting your form on your pages and click on the blue button to copy the code to the clipboard:
The HTML code needs to be updated every time you change your form settings (so you will need to reinsert the HTML code if changes are made in the registration form editor).
Insert the form on a website
You can insert the same form in different places. You can also create multiple forms (to populate different contact groups, for example). Of course, a Newsletter is sent only once per contact, even if the contact is present in different lists/groups:
