Ticketing: create a new box office
This guide explains how to create a new ticketing system, or new period, within the framework of the ticketing system Infomaniak.
Each period thus allows you to distinguish each edition of your ticketing systems or manage different ticketing systems handled by an organizer. Each ticketing system can be managed independently of the other ticketing systems in the tool.
Create the online Ticketing tool
To do this:
- Click here to access the management of your products on the Manager Infomaniak.
- Click on Ticketing under the Events & Marketing universe.
- Click on the blue Add button:
- Specify the name of the ticketing system, the currencies to use, and the languages to use on the ticketing system.
- Enter the user's coordinates.
- Choose the default appearance of the ticketing system:
This information can be modified at any time in the ticketing settings.
