Modify a Team
This guide explains how to modify a work team from your Infomaniak Manager.
Prerequisites
- Have an Infomaniak account
- Have administrator or legal representative rights on the Infomaniak account
- Have created one or more work teams
Manage & Modify a Work Team
- Log in to the Infomaniak Manager (manager.infomaniak.com) from a web browser like Brave or Firefox
- Click on User Management in the left sidebar
- Select Work Teams
- Click on the actions menu â‹® on the far right of the work team
- Select Manage Team
- The following actions will be available:
- Click on the icon on the right of No Team Leader or the name of the team leader to add or modify the team leader
- Click on the icon on the right of Edit Services to add or modify accessible products and services
- Click on the â‹® icon on the right of user names to access actions on users
List of Actions
Actions on a user | Details |
---|---|
View User | Allows access to the user's profile |
Change Role | Allows switching the user's rights between Administrator and Collaborator |
Modify Work Teams | Allows adding the user to other work teams |
Modify Product Access | Allows removing or modifying access to products |
Check Activity | Allows checking all actions performed by the user |
Remove from Work Team | Allows removing the user from the work team |
