Edit a Work Team
This guide explains how to modify a work team from the Infomaniak Manager.
Prerequisites
- To be Administrator or Legal Representative‍ within the Organization.
- Have created one or more work teams.
Manage & modify a work team
To do this:
- Click here to access team management on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
- Click on the action menu â‹® located to the right of the relevant item.
- Select Manage Team.
- At the top, you can manage the team name and the team leader (click on the pencil icon ✎).
- Click on the chevron ‍ to expand the table of users belonging to the work team and click on the action menu ⋮ located to the right (the actions are described below).
- Below, you can manage the services that the team should have access to.

Allows access to the user's profile | |
Allows you to toggle the user's rights between Administrator and Collaborator | |
Allows adding the user to other work teams | |
Allows you to remove or modify product access | |
Allows you to view all actions performed by the user | |
