Edit a Work Team
This guide explains how to modify a work team from the Infomaniak Manager.
Prerequisites
- Be Administrator or Legal Responsible within the Organization.
- Have created one or more work teams.
Manage & modify a work team
To do this:
- Click here to access the management of work teams on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
- Click on the action menu ⋮ located to the right of the item concerned.
- Select Manage team.
- At the top, you can manage the team name and the team leader (click on the pencil icon ✎).
- Click on the chevron to expand the user table that is part of the work team and click on the action menu ⋮ located to the right (the actions are described below).
- Below, you can manage the services that the team should be able to access.

| Allows access to the user's profile | |
| Allows switching user rights between Administrator and Collaborator | |
| Allows adding the user to other work teams | |
| Allows removing or modifying product access | |
| Allows viewing all actions performed by the user | |
| Allows you to remove the user from the work team |
