Partnership: the different types of access
This guide explains the differences between the two types of access possible between a Partner and their Client, to understand when you want to start a partnership.
Limited access
With this option:
- the Client
- grants its Partner access specifically to certain products
- can have several Partners with limited access to its organization, provided they manage different products
- The Partner
- manages only the products for which the Client has granted them management
- cannot order and renew products for their Client
- earns revenue when the Client makes purchases or renews products for which the Partner has management
Full access
With this option:
- the Client
- grants its Partner access to all of its products
- can have only one Partner with complete access to its organization
- the Partner
- can order and renew products for their Client
- earns revenue for any product order or renewal
- The **Client** & the **Partner** can define which payment methods will be used for orders and renewals
The type of authorization granted to the Partner can be modified at any time, and this by the Client only.
