Mail Service: the Renewal Warranty option
This guide explains how to enable or disable the Renewal Warranty option for your Mail Service. This feature ensures that your products aren’t terminated should you not renew in time.
The Renewal warranty is an additional safety measure that kicks in if you fail to renew the products in time or an automatic renewal hasn’t worked. Infomaniak will renew the products for you and issue an invoice that you’ll find on your account.
Enable the Renewal Warranty option
- Open the Manager (manager.infomaniak.com)
- Go to Mail Service
- Select the tab Management and users in the side menu on the left
- Enable the option Renewal Warranty in the section Quick Action
