This guide explains how to update the password of an email address on your device after changing it from an Infomaniak Mail Service.

Preamble

• The various services offered by Infomaniak are all compatible with the corresponding standard protocols (IMAP/SMTP for email, for example). Therefore, if you encounter a problem with third-party software, contact the publisher directly or a Partner and refer to the support policy as well as section 11.9 of the Infomaniak Terms and Conditions.

Mail / Live Mail (Windows)

To update the password:

1. Open Windows Mail.
2. In the left sidebar, click on the Infomaniak account.
3. Select the email address from the menu that appears on the right:
   
4. On the screen that appears, enter the new password:
   
5. Click on Save.
