Add an additional kDrive
This guide explains how to order an additional Drive, which can be useful, for example, if you have a business and personal Drive. You will then be able to switch from one Drive to another from the same web interface or from the kDrive mobile app.
Order a new Drive
- open kDrive (kdrive.infomaniak.com)
- in the left side menu, click on the blue + button
- follow the ordering procedure for the new kDrive
Navigate between multiple kDrives
When you have access to several kDrives , you can switch from one to the other from the web version of kDrive or from the desktop application.
Web version:
- open kDrive (kdrive.infomaniak.com)
- in the left side menu, you can switch from one to the other
Desktop App:
- left-click on
the kDrive app from your computer's notification area (bottom right on Windows )
- click on the name of your Drive to navigate between the different kDrives that are configured with your desktop application
Mobile App (Android / iOS):
The kDrive mobile applications on iOS and Android allow you to switch from one Drive to another if you have several on the account being consulted. If the other kDrives you wish to consult are on another account, it will be necessary to add it to the application and to switch users to switch from one kDrive to another.
If your kDrives are on the same user account:
- start the
kDrive app on your iOS or Android phone
- At the very top of the application, press the name of your drive to access the list of all Drives present on the user account.
If your kDrives are on different user accounts:
- start the
kDrive app on your iOS or Android phone
- press the profile button at the bottom right of the application and select change user
