Create a new user and/or organization account
You need to have a user account to order and manage Infomaniak products. This account is also essential if another Infomaniak user wishes to transfer products to you.
This guide explains how to create a new Infomaniak account, either with a brand-new login or by using an existing access you already have.
Create a New User Account
If you are a new Infomaniak user:
- Click on https://infomaniak.com/gtl/inscription
- Fill in the information and complete the registration
Create a New Organization
It is possible to create multiple organizations with the same login and password to separate your professional and personal activities or when managing multiple clients.
- Log in to your Infomaniak account (manager.infomaniak.com or mail.infomaniak.com)
- In the top right corner, click on the circle with your initials (1) then select Manage My Profile (2)
- In the My Organizations section, click Manage
- Click on the Create a New Organization button
- Follow the procedure to create an organization
This way, you can continue to use your usual login while being able to switch between your different organizations (top left of the Manager).
