Manage Acronis notifications and alerts
This guide explains how to edit the alerts and notifications you receive by e-mail when you use Acronis to back up your devices.
Enabling or disabling alerts/notifications
Here is the way to do it:
- Log in to the Acronis dashboard with the credentials of the backup location (help)
- Click on account management in the left side menu:
Generate ad hoc reports
To allow multiple people to receive ad hoc reports and to customize them:

- Failure notifications
- Warning notices
- Success notifications
- Daily recap about active alerts
here is the way to manage alerts with an earlier version of Swiss Backup:
- Connect to your Infomaniak space ( manager.infomaniak.com )
- Go to the
Swiss Backup product and select the Swiss Backup product concerned
- Click on the relevant device
- Below Quota , check the box Send reports and alerts from this device by e-mail to [...]
