Modify the configuration or offer of a hosting / Change offer
This guide explains how to upgrade a Web hosting or Email Service. In particular, it will enable you to order additional email addresses, to increase the disk space for a Web hosting or to order dedicated IP addresses for your Web sites.
Modify a Web hosting offer
- Log in to your Infomaniak Manager (manager.infomaniak.com)
- Go to
Web Hosting
- Click on the hosting/domain name concerned
- Click on the Manage button, then select Modify the offer
- Adjust the configuration as desired
- Click on the Order button
Modify the offer of an Email Service
- Log in to your Infomaniak Manager (manager.infomaniak.com)
- Go to
Email Service
- Click on the
icon on the far right of the Email Service concerned
- On the Managing my offer page, the following options will be available:
Update my offer: lets you add email addresses to the basic offer of your Email Service
Renew my offer: lets you access your invoice payment page
Transfer my offer: lets you transfer the Email Service to another Infomaniak account
Enable maintenance: lets you deactivate the Email Service (you won't be able to send or check e-mails anymore, incoming e-mails won't be deleted and will be accessible once maintenance has been deactivated)
Cancel my offer: lets you delete the Email Service from the Infomaniak account
- Adjust the number of email addresses to be added to the Email Service, then click on Finish and add to cart to finalise the order
