Managed Cloud Server: monitoring
This guide explains how to display the monitoring data (network statistics, CPU, RAM, etc.) for a managed Cloud Server.
Monitoring the activity of a managed Cloud Server
- Open the Manager (https://manager.infomaniak.com)
- Go to Cloud Server
- If necessary, click the server to be monitored
- Click Monitoring in the left side menu
Various data are available to monitor the activity of your managed Cloud Servers, including:
- incoming and outgoing traffic (network)
- the system load average
- the CPU load average
- the quantity of RAM used
- the disk space used
- the number of hits / sec.
- the average MySQL queries made
Interpreting the statistics
By interpreting the monitoring data of Cloud Server resources, you can estimate the resources (power) you need to operate your websites and applications.
Total system load
The total system load summarizes the level of use of the virtual processors as a percentage. In this example, the server thus uses less than 10% of its resources (0.10).
