Sync Apple Contacts & Calendars with kMail

To synchronize Apple contacts & calendars with kMail (Infomaniak webmail) please use our synchronization wizard on https://config.infomaniak.com/.

The wizard will automatically configure your device with the correct settings through Apple configuration profiles.

In case of problem

Delete an Apple configuration profile: https://faq.infomaniak.com/1319

Please contact Apple or your device vendor if you have any issues.

If you want to do a manual configuration instead, we don't provide any support other than the steps below.

Synchronize address books

1. open the Contacts app
2. open the Contacts menu > Accounts…
3. at the bottom of the list on the right, click on Add another account…
4. check CardDAV account and click on Connect
5. under Account Type, select Manual
6. enter the requested information and click on Connect
   • username: enter in uppercase the username indicated by the wizard synchronization (e.g.: AB12345)
   • password:
     • if two-step verification is not activated, use your Infomaniak / WorkSpace account password
     • if two-step verification is enabled, generate an application password here: https://manager.infomaniak.com/v3/profile/application-password
   • server address: sync.infomaniak.com

Synchronize calendars

1. open the Calendar app
2. open the Calendar menu > Accounts…
3. at the bottom of the list on the right, click on Add another account…
4. click CalDAV Account
5. under Account Type, select Manual
6. enter the requested information and click on Connect
   • username: enter uppercase the username indicated by the synchronization assistant (ex.: AB12345)
   • password:
     • if two-step verification is not activated, use your Infomaniak / WorkSpace account password
     • if two-step verification is enabled, generate an application password here: https://manager.infomaniak.com/v3/profile/application-password
   • server address: sync.infomaniak.com

To view shared calendars

By default, only your personal calendar is displayed in the Calendar app. To view calendars shared by another user:

1. open the Calendar app
2. open app preferences Calendar (Calendar > Preferences)
3. go to the Accounts tab
4. go to the Delegation tab
5. check shared calendars to display
