This guide presents the Questions and Answers module for Site Creator, which allows you to quickly format FAQ-type articles or similar, present on your page in the form of blocks and accordions.

Prerequisites

• Access Site Creator:
  1. Click here to access the management of your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
  2. Click directly on the name assigned to the relevant product.
  3. Click on Customize my site:
     

Configuration and use

From Site Creator:

1. Click on the Content button in the left sidebar.
2. Click on Applications at the bottom of the list, then on Knowledge Base.

Once the module has been added to the desired location, hover over it to edit:

The grey button allows you to add a new question:

This new question can be turned into a header if you want to format your questions within "categories" for example. To do this, hover over the card and click on the pencil:

Click on the gear to switch to the desired display system:

Reorganize the order of your questions and answers if necessary by dragging the cards up or down.

Save your changes at the bottom of the page.

Navigation through your files will be presented as follows: a click on the question expands the answer below:

Customize the display

By hovering over your module in edit mode again, you can change the display and make your tree transparent.

You can also apply HTML code while writing your answers, to create a hyperlink for example.

Display the module in multiple locations

The application can be added to different locations on your site, but it will be the same single module each time. It is not possible to differentiate the display or content according to the pages where the module is inserted.
