Add an attachment to an event in Calendar
This guide for Infomaniak Calendar (calendars/agendas) explains how to add an attachment from kDrive to an event.
Some software or applications also allow adding an attachment, and in such cases, if you synchronize the calendar with your solution, we allow the attached file up to a maximum size of 64 KB.
Add a kDrive Attachment
When you create a new event in Calendar, you can add one or more attachments (links to kDrive files):
Access kDrive directly from the Calendar event creation window and add:
- a public link (everyone can access it); this will create a public link to the kDrive file.
- a restricted link (only people with access can access it).
Whether the event is recurring or not, you can add files that will be shared with those who view the event in the calendar:
Event guests who view the details through a synchronized application, Outlook, Gmail, and others, will see the links in the description (just like the kMeet link, for example, if a video conference is scheduled for the event).
