What are the different ways of integrating the online ticket shop?
Your clients can access the ticket section in three different ways
Inserting a link is the simplest way. When a user clicks on it, a new window showing the ticket sales will open.
First take the url of your ticketing with your choice of parameters. A tool is available on the administration page, in the «Ticketing Integration» section. This url should be like this: http://etickets.infomaniak.ch/shop/xxxxxxxxxx/
Copy the following code in your menu:
<a href="http://etickets.infomaniak.ch/shop/xxxxxxxxxx/" target="shop">Buy your tickets!</a>
With this type of integration, the advantage is that the result is transparent for the user. Take the url from the «Ticketing Integration» section the copy the following code: <iframe name="etickets" id="etickets" width="620" height="635" src="http://etickets.infomaniak.ch/shop/xxxxxxxxxx/"></iframe>
Caution: When the user reaches the payment section for his order he is redirected to his bank's website. Once the payment is executed, he must be redirected again to the ticketing section of your website. For the redirection to work correctly you must enter the exact url of this page in the «Ticketing Integration» section in the field «Ticketing page on your site».
NB: If the IFrame is loaded or appears when the user clicks (like in an overlay). It is best to force the action when coming back from the bank to display the page automatically. You can add an argument to your page which, when present, will force the call of the function that displays the IFrame. For example: http://www.event.com/ticketing?autoLoadIframe=true
API Soap integration
If both previous ways don't suit your website configuration you can also interface it with our API SOAP. In that prospect, please read this: http://etickets.infomaniak.ch/soap
