What happens if I exceed the limit?
A surcharge will be applied depending on the package you have subscribed to, a 2nd invoice will be generated at the end of the charging period. If this is a regular occurrence, we invite you to upgrade to a higher package better suited to your consumption.Is it possible to be warned before the overrun?
Yes, as long as your audience does not register a spectacular peak. Once a day, as soon as the statistics of the day before are aggregated, your audience is analysed. If it exceeds 90%, an initial email is sent to you to inform you that you are approaching the limit. If the quota is exceeded, a second email is sent to you. If the accounting deadline is far away, it will be more advantageous to change your offer.
To be alerted by email in case of an overrun, you must activate this alert in the settings of your radio.Is it possible to upgrade my offer when I haven't reached the end date of the period?
Yes, and the price will be adjusted in proportion to what you have already paid for the remaining period, so you don't lose money.If I take a pack that limits my number of radios, how can I add a 2nd radio?
You will have to take a 2nd pack dedicated to this new radio, or switch to an unlimited radio offer
