The Housing service benefits from a robust network infrastructure and relies on 100G interconnections to our multiple Tier1 transit providers including Swisscom, Level3, Arelion and Cogent, as well as to the main Swiss peering points (SwissIX and CIXP).
Secure access 365 days a year, 24 hours a day
The location of our data centers is not disclosed, and you are free to access your infrastructure whenever you like. Access to data centers and servers is protected by several airlocks and a facial recognition system.

24/7 access to your infrastructures. Secure access via several airlocks, a biometric identification system based on finger vein analysis, and surveillance cameras with facial recognition. Your locations are protected by a code of your choice.

Only you have access to your infrastructure. Our technicians never access your servers, except in the event of major problems (fire, short-circuit).

By default, one IPv4 and one IPv6/64 block are included. On request, as many IPv6s as required and 7 IPv4s can be obtained free of charge. PTR DNS records can also be configured on request via our support team.
