Anmeldeformular für Newsletter einfügen
This guide covers managing forms that enable subscription to the Newsletter you manage on Infomaniak.
Prerequisites
- Access to the Newsletter product.
- At least one subscription form created.
Copying the Code Needed to Integrate the Form
To access your Newsletter forms and obtain the integration code:
- Click here to access your product management in the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
- Click directly on the domain name assigned to the relevant product.
- Click on Forms in the left sidebar menu.
- Click on the action menu ⋮ to the right of the relevant item in the displayed table.
- Click on Integration Code:
- Choose between the JAVASCRIPT and HTML tabs to obtain either code for embedding your form on your pages, then click the blue button to copy the code to the clipboard:
The HTML code needs updating whenever you change your form’s settings (reinsert the HTML code if you make changes in the form editor).
Embedding the Form on a Website…
You can embed the same form in different places. You can also create multiple forms (e.g., for populating different contact groups). A Newsletter is only sent once per contact, even if the contact appears in multiple lists/groups:

- Insert a new block where you want it to appear.
- Choose an HTML block:
- Paste the HTML code obtained in Step 6 above (switch from the Javascript tab to the HTML tab to display the corresponding code for your form).
- Click Update.
- The previously configured form will display on your site.
… on Infomaniak Site Creator
- Hover over the desired location on the page to display a PLUS button, allowing you to add a block:
- Click the PLUS button to select a custom HTML code block:
- Paste the HTML code obtained in Step 6 above (switch from the Javascript tab to the HTML tab to display the corresponding code for your form):
- Click the blue button to Continue and preview your form on your page:
- The previously configured form will display on your site:
… on a Starter - Basic Web Page
- Open Web FTP on the Starter hosting:
- Edit the home page
index.html
and paste the HTML code obtained in Step 6 above (switch from the Javascript tab to the HTML tab to display the corresponding code for your form), then save: - The previously configured form will display on your site:
