This guide explains how to completely cancel a Video Streaming offer.

Introduction

• Any outstanding or overage charges remain due.
• For most products, confirm the cancellation request by email; otherwise, no data will be deleted.
• A cancellation confirmation is sent to any other administrators of the Organization.
• All of your feeds will be permanently deleted upon cancellation, making any restoration impossible, so remember to only modify a feed if that is what you need.

Cancel the Video Streaming offer

To access the Video Streaming service:

1. Click here to access your product management interface on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click on the action menu ⋮ as shown in the image below.
3. Choose Cancel:
