Resolve a Custom Brand error (domain lockout)
This guide explains how to fix any potential issues that may be encountered with Custom Brand, the customization of the URLs of your Infomaniak tools.
It is imperative to communicate to your users the new web addresses to access your Infomaniak tools in case of a domain name change or service cancellation.
The domain name has expired or been canceled
- If your domain name has expired, you will need to restore it to enjoy the customization options for the tools again.
- In the case of domain name cancellation, the standard Infomaniak web addresses apply.
- As long as the service subscription is active, it is possible to modify the domain name of your customized web addresses.
Non-renewal
In case of non-renewal of the customization product, it is blocked for a period of 30 days before being deleted.
Warning: during the entire blocking period, the customized web addresses will be inaccessible, the standard Infomaniak web addresses must be used.
