Troubleshooting a Custom Brand error (domain blocking)

This guide explains how to fix any potential issues you may encounter with Custom Brand, the customization of the URLs for your Infomaniak tools.
It is essential to inform your users of the new web addresses for accessing your Infomaniak tools in the event of a domain name change or service termination.
The domain name has expired or has been terminated
- If your domain name has expired, you will need to restore it to take advantage of the customization options again.
- In the event of a domain name cancellation, the standard Infomaniak web addresses will apply.
- As long as the subscription to the service is active, you can change the domain name of your custom web addresses.
Non-renewal
If the customization product is not renewed, it will be blocked for a period of 30 days before being deleted.
Please note: during the entire blocking period, the custom web addresses will be inaccessible; you will need to use the standard Infomaniak web addresses.
