This guide is intended for users who have their own Windows Server Evaluation version image in Windows Server Standard or Datacenter with a license on Public Cloud.

Introduction

• As a Microsoft partner, Infomaniak provides and automatically bills Windows Server licenses to customers who use instances with these operating systems, standard or datacenter versions.
• Infomaniak offers ready-to-use images for Public Cloud, pre-activated with a license; if activation fails, please refer to this other guide.

Using Your Own Windows Server Image

If you decide to upload your own standard or datacenter Windows Server image, you must follow the activation procedure.

180-day trial version

In the case of a 180-day trial version, you must precede the above procedure with a few additional commands:
