This guide shows how to export and save the contacts from the "Mailing List" tool into a CSV file (.csv format).

Export contacts to a file

The mailing list tool is available within your Mail Service:

1. Click here to access the management of your Mail Service in the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click directly on the domain name assigned to the product in question.
3. Click on Mailing list in the left-hand menu.
4. Click on the name of your list.
5. Click on the Subscribers tab.
6. Click on Download the list in CSV format:
   

The CSV file will be downloaded to your computer's hard drive.

To import these contacts into the Newsletter tool:

1. Modify the file extension from .txt to .csv.
