This guide explains how to completely delete a Domain registered with Infomaniak.

Preamble

• For most products, confirm the cancellation request by email, otherwise no data will be deleted.
• When a domain name is deleted, all products dependent on and responding to the name of this domain will no longer work.
• These “linked” products will not be deleted for that matter.
• Outstanding and out-of-package fees remain due.
• A cancellation confirmation is sent to any other administrators of the Organization.
• Backups will be irrevocably deleted upon cancellation, making any restoration impossible.

Cancel a domain name

To access the cancellation of the offer:

1. Click here to access the management of your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click on the action menu ⋮ located to the right of the item in question.
3. Choose Cancel:
