This guide explains how to completely unsubscribe from an Infomaniak Newsletter.

Introduction

• The Newsletter is linked to a domain name; this domain name will not be affected.
• If you have multiple domains within the Newsletter, you can, of course, cancel only one of these domains using the Newsletter tool.
• For most products, confirm the cancellation request by email; otherwise, no data will be deleted.
• Any charges incurred and exceeding the included allowance will still be due.
• A cancellation confirmation is sent to any other administrators of the Organization.
• Backups will be permanently deleted upon cancellation, making any restoration impossible.

Unsubscribe from a newsletter

To unsubscribe from a newsletter:

1. Click here to access your product management in the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click on the action menu ⋮ to the right of the domain in question in the table that appears.
3. Choose Delete.
   
4. Follow the procedure until the end.
