If you wish to learn more about the use of this software, it is strongly recommended to visit the official forum. Here is a list of the most common problems:
Unable to connect to the server
Check that the addresses and stream names are correct. If the problem persists, check your network settings and more particularly the firewalls. It is sometimes necessary to specify the opening of port 1935.
No sound available
Check the selected sound input. It is sometimes necessary to go to the device configuration ("adjustable wrench on the right") in order to choose the correct sound input for the device in question.
The video is lagging
It happens during connection problems that the encoder can no longer send the data fast enough. It thus gradually takes a delay which can be embarrassing. To avoid this kind of problem, the autoadjust field allows you to specify a maximum tolerated delay.
Black band in the video
Depending on the video sources, it happens that they include black bands inside the video itself. It is better to remove them by modifying the "crop" parameters in order to resize the video.
Video stuttering
There are two main reasons for stuttering. First of all the excessive use of the encoder (complex parameters, HD) which does not have enough processor power to function correctly. In this case, it is advisable to lower the quality (image size, bitrate, codec) in order to relieve the processor a little. The other cause may be insufficient bandwidth on your network and your internet connection.
