Error: after changing the password for a MySQL user, the site no longerdisplays anything
When the script installed on your site (for a CMS system or any other application that uses MySQL databases) is no longer able to connect to the MySQL database, you should consider any recent events that may have occurred that could affect the script.
Actions to be carried out
Have any changes been made by you to the configuration file for the script in question? Has it been touched, modified or moved?
Has there been a server move announced by our teams? If the error is the result of a server move, please feel free to contact us (click here).
Have any operations been carried out on the database from the control panel? If you change the password to your database via the Infomaniak control panel, then any script that subsequently attempts to retrieve information from your databases will no longer display anything. Changing any item from the control panel means that it must also be changed everywhere else. Therefore, the change that you have made in the control panel must also be carried over to the script configuration file by connecting via FTP and proceeding to modify the relevant file, generally "configuration.php" or similar.
