This guide explains how to completely cancel kSuite.

Preamble

• When you decide to cancel kSuite, if a domain name is linked to it, it will be kept in your user account until it expires.
• All other kSuite products will be permanently deleted.
• Existing users will still be part of your Organization.
• Outstanding and out-of-package fees remain due.

Cancel the kSuite offer

To access the cancellation of the kSuite offer:

1. Click here to access the management of your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click on the action menu ⋮ to the right of the name of the kSuite.
3. Choose Cancel:
