Discover the different Infomaniak Mail plans
This guide presents the different email plans offered by Infomaniak, categorized by price and therefore by the number of available email addresses.
Please note: each of the plans below has different limitations or options that may not be available, depending on the plan chosen: limited number of daily email sends, email redirects, unique recipients per message, aliases, etc.
Get 1 email address
Example: jean.dupont@ik.me or plomberie-du-lac@etik.com, etc.
- Choose My kSuite, which offers 1 email address of your choice on one of these 3 free domains:
ik.me,etik.com,ikmail.com. - Click here to sign up for free (refer to this guide for additional help, section 1 if you are a beginner, or section 3 if you are already an Infomaniak customer).
Example: jean.dupont@plomberie-du-lac.ch or famille@dujardin.net, etc.
- Choose the Starter email plan, which offers 1 free email address on 1 custom domain name (= domain name of your choice, paid).
Get 2 email addresses
Example: jean.dupont@plomberie-du-lac.ch and secretariat@plomberie-du-lac.ch
- Choose the kSuite Standard plan, which offers 2 paid email addresses on 1 (or more) paid custom domain name.
- This way, you can create your different email addresses on the domain name of your choice.
- Refer to this other guide to link a second domain name to kSuite and therefore to your email addresses.
Get 3 email addresses or more
Example: jean.dupont@plomberie-du-lac.ch and secretariat@plomberie-du-lac.ch and PAO@plomberie-du-lac.ch
- Choose a Mail Service, either standalone or as part of a kSuite Business or Enterprise plan, offering at least 5 paid email addresses on 1 (or more) paid custom domain name.
- This way, you can create your different email addresses on the domain name of your choice.
- Refer to this other guide to link a second domain name to kSuite and therefore to your email addresses (or if the Mail service is independent of kSuite, refer to this other guide).
