Transfer a domain from Swisscom to Infomaniak

This guide explains how to obtain the EPP code for your domain name at Swisscom to transfer it to Infomaniak.

Transfer the domain name to Infomaniak

To obtain the authorization code from the current provider:

1. Click here to log in to the interface for managing your products Control Panel HCP Swisscom.
2. Click on the blue Manage Account button:
   
3. Click on Domain Manager (in the Domains and Websites section):
   
4. Click on Edit for the domain in question:
   
5. Click on Transfer (in the Modify section).
6. Check the contact email address.
7. Click on Generate to send the code by email (to the address in point 6 above):
   
8. Once you have obtained the authorization code, refer to the main Infomaniak guide for the rest of the domain transfer procedure.
