Change the legal representative of an Organization in the Manager
This guide explains how to modify the current user with the highest status within your Organization, a status similar to that of an administrator that includes additional legal responsibility.
Prerequisites
- Be Administrator or Legal Representative within the Organization.
- Note, it is only possible to assign the legal representative role if you yourself have this role within the Organization.
- Be aware of the different permissions (access rights to products, for example) and administrative contact preferences of a user within an Organization.
- Switch to the desired Organization first if you do not find the expected user list.
Modify the legal representative of an Organization
Note, it is not possible to remove a legal representative if there is no other legal representative.
You can therefore:
- Add a new user with the legal representative role in the Organization.
- Assign the legal representative role to an existing user in the Organization.
- Remove an existing legal representative (if there is already another one).
Removing a user who has the role of legal representative within an Organization on the Infomaniak Manager involves previously appointing a new legal representative.
