This guide explains how to resell tickets from a pass (within the Infomaniak ticketing system).

Log in to your account

To do this:

1. Use the link provided by the event organizer.
2. Enter the email address and the code associated with the subscription to log in:
   
3. Copy the code sent by email to validate access to your account:
   
4. Enter the code received by email:

List tickets for resale

1. Once in your account, in the quick actions column, click on List tickets for resale:
   
2. The overview screen shows the tickets available for sale.
3. Check the event or events you want to list for resale:
   
4. Choose how the payment will be processed. Depending on the options offered by the organizer, you can choose from the following three options:
   1. Donate to the organizer
   2. Request a bank transfer
   3. Credit the amount to the subscription so that it can be reused for future purchases on the ticketing platform
      

Managing Tickets Offered for Resale

1. Tickets offered for resale now appear on the overview screen:
   
2. You will receive an email informing you of the success or failure of a ticket resale.
3. It will be possible to cancel the resale of a ticket at any time, as long as it has not been resold.
