This guide explains how to sell tickets with a free-pricing option (within the Infomaniak ticketing system).

Introduction

• This pricing option allows visitors to specify the amount they wish to pay for their ticket.
• The pay-what-you-want pricing option is not available in the following cases:the event takes place in Lausanne and is subject to entertainment tax..
• The minimum price must be higher than CHF/EUR 2 due to bank charges related to online transactions.

Manage the custom pricing for your event

To do this:

1. Click here to access the management of your product in the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
2. Click directly on the name assigned to the ticketing system for the event.
3. Click on Scheduling in the left-hand menu.
4. Click on Events in the left-hand menu.
5. Click directly on the event name.
6. Then, click on the downward-pointing chevron ‍ to the right of the Edit button.
7. Click on Add / modify a price:
   
8. Choose to Add a price.
9. Choose the Libre plan.
10. Specify the name and minimum prices in the desired currencies.
11. Enable any available advanced settings.
