Ticketing: using the API

This guide for developers and advanced users explains how to create an API key (as part of the Infomaniak ticketing system) in order to be able to use it to integrate it directly on your site.

 

Create an API key

To do this:

  1. Click here to access the management of your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
  2. Click directly on the name of the ticketing system concerned:
  3. Click on Store / Go Live in the left sidebar menu.
  4. Click on API Access in the left sidebar menu.
  5. Click the blue Add button:
  6. When creating the key, specify the IP addresses to block (optional).
  7. Specify whether this API key can or cannot sell tickets:
  8. Confirm the operation and then obtain the generated key for using the REST API:
