Ticketing: manage profiles
Profiles allow you to define rights for sales, ticket control (scanners), and admin access (manager Infomaniak). Profiles can be used for autonomous scanning, with predefined settings, using access codes to be created.
You can assign profiles to your users. If you wish to add more users, please add them in your Organization's user management.
- Click here to access your product management on the Manager Infomaniak (need help?).
- Click directly on the name assigned to the ticketing for the event in question.
- Click on Settings in the left sidebar.
- Click on Profile Management in the left sidebar:
