Ticketing: create multi-date events

This guide explains how to create events with multiple performances (within the Infomaniak ticketing system).

 

Create a multi-date event

To do this:

  1. Click here to access the management of your product on the Infomaniak Manager (need help?).
  2. Click directly on the name of the ticket office concerned.
  3. Click on Programming in the left sidebar.
  4. Click on Events in the left sidebar.
  5. Click on the Add an event button.
  6. At the Date and Location step, you can choose the option Multiple performances:

     
  7. An interface with a calendar appears, choose the start date of the event.
  8. You can define whether the event lasts for several days, weeks, months, or if it is recurrent several times in the same day:
  9. Once the event is created and open for sale, you can track the progress of orders for each date using a List mode display:
